Naomi Campbell is wanted by the New York Police Department after allegedly slapping and punching her driver in Manhattan today and fleeing the scene. According to the driver; Naomi became angry with him as he drove her around Midtown Manhattan at which point she began to slap and punch him from the backseat of the Cadillac Escalade. When he stopped to call 911, Naomi got out of the car and ran off. Police are currently looking for Miss Campbell. As yet there has been no statement from her spokesman. This is just another violent outburst in a string of unfortunate incidents from the notorious supermodel. In 2000, she was convicted of assaulting her assistant with a mobile phone and threatening to throw her out of a moving car. Since then several other assistants have come forward with similar cases - most famously in March 2006 she struck an assistant with a jewel-encrusted mobile phone, the assistant later required several stitches. In April 2008 Campbell was also convicted of assaulting a police officer and threatening British Airways cabin crew at Heathrow Airport following cabin crew allegedly losing her bag and directing racial slurs at her.
She's widely acknowledged to be one of the most beautiful women in the world, with a billionaire boyfriend to boot, what can she possibly have to be so angry about?
